    Will Talisman have a Christmas mode? I'd like to plug mine in and have it play Snoopy's Christmas when I boot it up :)

    That would be cool if there was like seasonal themes. Where a special
    ansi could pop up. Like ANZANC Day, 4th of July, Canada Day, Christmas,
    New Years.

    I agree it would be cool, but that's really something for the sysop to configure.

    Agreed. I do that on my original DOS BBS, Moe's Tavern, by using a daily batch file to switch the goodbye screen. It is not perfect in that it depends on
    me to remember to change that batch file so that the proper seasonal
    screens get copied in.

    I have been modifying the batch files so that they also copy seasonal
    goodbye screens for my Magicka BBS.


    ... So easy, a child could do it. Child sold separately.

    I've forever said that I'm gonna write a bunch of bash scripts to automate different holidays login screens that match up somewhere on 2o... the prelogin menu, or somewhere else, so that holidays run themselves each year...

    One day I'll actually get to it. ;P
